Return Policy

  • Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Any requests after this period will not be accepted.

  • The product must be in its original condition (unopened, unused, and with all accessories and packaging intact).

  • Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

    • Product is damaged, broken, or expired

    • Product does not match the description

    • An item is missing from the parcel

    • Parcel is unsealed or tampered with

⚠️ For imported items from China, only a 24-hour checking warranty is available.


Warranty Claims

  • Warranty coverage is clearly mentioned on each product page.

  • Electronic gadgets or any listed products with 6-month or 1-year brand warranty must be claimed directly at the respective brand’s service center.

  • Any product received with visible damage or fault must be reported within 24 hours.


How to File a Complaint or Claim:

To claim a return or warranty:

  1. Contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email at support@shopznowpk.com.

  2. Provide your Order Number and a clear reason for return or claim.

  3. If phone support is unavailable, sending an email within the time limit is necessary to process your request.

  4. Ship the item back using any courier service. Shipping charges are paid by the customer unless the product is faulty.


Important Notes:

  • Opened products can only be returned if a fault is found.

  • If the product is returned with no fault, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Products damaged during shipping or parcels missing items must be reported immediately.

  • All warranty claims for electronic gadgets must be made through the brand’s official service center.


Refund Policy

  • No cash refunds will be issued.

  • Faulty items will be replaced with a new one within a few days.

  • Alternatively, a voucher of equal value can be issued, which can be used to purchase another product from our store.
